Then, Why We Need Access to Your PayPal With Low Access Sub-account?

It's only needed in cases, when the trackings are not getting synced to your PayPal & to fix this issue we require your sub-account to perform tests and confirm that UpTrack is syncing Tracking information with PayPal Account smoothly. Once we confirm that, you are free to delete the sub-account.


How to Create a PayPal Low Access Sub Account?


  1. Visit PayPal.com and Login into your account
  2. Click on Profile » Profile and Settings to view your settings
  3. Click on My Settings » Manage Users to get started and create a user that is allowed to access your PayPal account.
  4. Click on Add User and fill in the fields - Set Given First Name & Last Name as your name or any name you want, Email should be your email, now enter desired User ID and Password
  5. On the next step kindly only Assign - Schedule and download Transaction History, and run Settlement Report - Under Virtual Agent
  6. You have successfully created a Low Access PayPal Subaccount, kindly share the User ID & Password with us when you contact us.
